Q. "That Network ID or Password was incorrect." Why did I get this error message?
If you see the error message below, there may be a problem with your MyUHD username and password.
It may help to reset your password. To do so:
- Connect to MyUHD.
- Choose current semester
- Choose "Lookup UHD Username" or "Request a New Password"
Please contact the IT Help Desk if resetting your password does not solve the problem.
