If you see the error message below, there may be a problem with your MyUHD username and password.

That Network ID or Password was incorrect

 

RECOMMENDED SOLUTION

It may help to reset your password. To do so:

  1. Connect to MyUHD.
  2. Choose current semester
  3. Choose "Lookup UHD Username" or "Request a New Password"

 

NEXT STEP
