Unfortunately, I do not see any retention/graduation information on veterans in the UHD Fact Book. However, we do have Veteran Services here at UHD: https://www.uhd.edu/student-life/veterans/Pages/default.aspx. You can contact them for information. You can also submit a Data Request form to the UHD Office of Institutional Research here: https://www.uhd.edu/administration/institutional-research/Pages/ir-request.aspx
For articles on retention rate of veteran student population in general, I suggest you access our education databases. On the Library's home page select the Research Guides tab>>>Guides by Subject >>> Education >>> Higher Education. Start with the database called ERIC. You may want to use the following search terms:
military personnel (or veterans or veteran education)
AND retention
AND higher education.
