How can I search for scholarly peer reviewed journals covering Medical Marijuana?

Answer

I suggest you start with the LibSearch database, which searches most of the library's databases - it is the search box in the middle of the Library homepage https://www.uhd.edu/library/Pages/library-index.aspx. Enter your search terms: medical marijuana.

On the results page, use the "Refine Results" options in the left column to limit to articles from peer-reviewed publications. You can also limit by Items with Full text, Publication Date, Source Type, or Subject Terms.

All of the items that have a gold graphic that says “Online” are available in full-text . Click on the title of the item to read it online. If the article doesn't pop up right away, look for links that say "article," "full text," or "pdf".

A specialized database you might want to try is Medline. You'll find it on the databases tab of the library's Health & Behavioral Sciences research guide..
