Why aren't all electronic journals and eBooks in the Library Catalog available to all campuses?

Each campus in the UH System targets purchasing of library materials to support its academic programs. Academic programs and priorities may vary by campus, and licensing agreements may restrict who has access to certain materials. If you find an article from a journal owned by another library, you may request that item through Interlibrary Loan (ILL).
