Search the FAQ

I suggest that you start with the Library's Literature Research Guide.  To get there, start at the Library homepage http://www.uhd.edu/library/ and select the RESEARCH GUIDES tab. Choose the link for English, and then choose the English Literature link.

Try these databases for in-depth articles from journals:

- Academic Search Complete
- MLA International Bibliography
- JSTOR

Try these searches (include the quotation marks):

“Robert frost” AND “road not taken”
“Robert frost” AND “fire and ice”

Another database to try is Literature Criticism Online. It is a good database for basic literary criticism. You'll find it under the Literature Reviews/Criticism tab.
