I was able to find articles that look like they will meet your needs by
searching in Business Source Complete for the following:
Chief executive officers and interviews and [country name]
Once the results screen comes up, click on “magazines” under Source
Types on the left to limit your results to these types of publications.
I found several things for both Japan and the United States.
