I am looking for information about Wal-Mart's strategies, ethics and relationships with stakeholders.

Answer

The Library has a business research guide (http://library.uhd.edu/business) and it includes a section on company and industry resources, which you can go straight to at

http://library.uhd.edu/content.php?pid=94969&sid=2822628

I would recommend you try Mergent Intellect, and look up Wal-mart. Search After you click on Wal-Mart you will find a lot of information about the company. You will have to read through the information to answer your questions.

Your topic is also one that is covered in print and e-books that the library has. If you don't want to come to the library, you can access the e-books online. To find items that UHD has on Wal-mart, go to the library catalog at http://library.uh.edu/search~S14 , select "Advanced Search", and enter wal-mart, then choose "Limit to UHD" from the drop-down box to the right of the search box. You'll get a list of items, and you can look in the right-hand column to see if they're books, e-books, or films.

Finally, there should be plenty of articles about your topic in ABI/Inform and Business Search Complete, two article databases they library subscribes to. You can get to these from the first page of the business guide linked above. In both of these, you could search wal-mart, then in the second search box enter: Ethics or responsibility or stakeholders. In both databases, to find items that have the entire text included online, look for the ability to limit to "full-text."
