Search the FAQ

To get started, try these steps:

1) Go to http://www.uhd.edu/library/
2) Chooses the Databases tab;
3) Choose one of these databases from the alphabetical list:

Academic Search Complete
Omnifile
Business Source Complete
Opposing Viewpoints

4) Try one of these searches. Use quotation marks where indicated.

“discrimination in employment” AND “African-Americans”
“equal pay for equal work” AND “African-Americans”
“African Americans employment”
“diversity in the workplace”
“American Dream” AND “African-Americans”
