Q. I am having difficulty printing Harvard Business Review article.
Other libraries have run into this problem. From OHSU:
"Printing is limited for the Harvard Business Review through EBSCOhost. PDFs download as secure files (which will not print). Clicking the EBSCO print icon retrieves a message indicating “The full text for selected articles from this publisher cannot be printed. However, we have had some success with printing using the following steps. 1. Go into EBSCOhost, find the article, and click on the PDF Full Text link. 2. From the resulting screen, click on the Adobe print icon instead of the EBSCO print icon. "
But their solution doesn’t work for us – we don’t have an Adobe icon.
I was able to resolve this by going directly to the HBR.org web site, where you’re permitted 3 free article views. I found the article and printed it as a PDF using the browser. This created a PDF file that can be printed.
This is not a long-term solution!
