Could someone come around and try to get students in the study rooms to be quiet?

Thanks for contacting the library to let us know about the noise in the study rooms. We want all students to be able to use the library as an environment for study. As such, we’ve had to create spaces where students can study in groups as well as individually.
The study rooms on the 4th floor as designed to be used by groups. This allows for group conversations and we know these can get loud at times. We will send someone to check on the noise level, though please keep in mind these rooms are intended for students to be able to work together and not for quiet individual study.
For individuals, quiet space is available all around the 5th floor – with some locations having power outlets if that’s a concern. Please try the 5th floor and see if it provides the quiet you need.
