Q. "That Network ID or Password was incorrect." Why did I get this error message?
If you see the error message below, there may be a problem with your MyUHD username and password.
It may help to reset your password. To do so:
- Connect to MyUHD.
- Choose "Student e Services"
- Choose "My Personal Profile."
- Log in to your account.
- Choose "Reset Password" and follow the instructions.
Please contact the IT Help Desk if reseting your password does not solve the problem.
