How do I cite an article from Opposing Viewpoints?

Answer

It sounds like you're trying to cite an article from Opposing Viewpoints. As you've found, it can sometimes be tricky to figure out the title, author, and other information for some articles. If you go back to the article and look at the "Cite" section in the upper part of the scree under the databases title. Click that link, and a box will appear giving you the option of MLA or APA citation. (If you're using a different citation style, choose either MLA or APA and you will still be able to figure out the title, author, etc.).

We caution students that database citation tools do not always give the correct citation in a particular style. You should always check the citation yourself with a trusted source. You can see a list of citation tools on our Citing Sources guide. Please remember the final authority on citation should be your professor for this specific class.
