Road infrastructure information can be found using The International Business Guide
On the Country Resources Tab, on the left side, there is a resource called CIA World Factbook. This is a great place to get infrastructure.
Once you select CIA World Factbook, choose Somalia from the drop-down list on the right. This will give you a number of headings if you scroll down, each one clickable to expand the information.
Infrastructure information can generally be found in the Transportation and Communications sections.
