Can the public (users outside the UHD Community) purchase borrowing privileges at the UHD Library?

Local residents 18 years or older may purchase an Affiliate Borrower Card from our library for $50.00 per year. Photo identification is required. Cards are available to purchase only when the Cashier's Office is open.
User may apply for a free Texshare card at their local public library. For more information on Texshare Card Program website.
