My assignment is to write an employer-employee honesty code. I must also cite two academic honesty codes. Where can I find some information on this?

Take a look at our library research guide on management at http://library.uhd.edu/management. On the first page, middle box, there are two business article databases, ABI/Inform and Business Source Complete. Go to either of those, and do the following search:
employee code of conduct
Lots of articles come up that will have information on what is included in codes of conduct, so you should be able to get some useful information.
