Unfortunately, since Chick-fil-a is a private company and there is comparatively little public information available on it, there is not a ready-prepared SWOT analysis available, as there would be for a public company. If you are required to have one, you may need to do it yourself.
If so, you may want to use some resources available on your Company and Industry Resources Research Guide. On the first page that comes up, you might want to search for current articles on Chick-fil-a on Business Source Complete and ABI/Inform, two journal databases. That may provide information you could use to discuss strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT).
