How do I access articles (not just abstracts) using PubMed?

Unfortunately, PubMed is an abstracts-only database that does not directly contain full text articles. Some medical institutions and large universities have customized PubMed to link to full-text, but at present we cannot do so at UHD.
However, we do offer MEDLINE with Full Text, a commercial version of PubMed that includes the same abstracting and indexing, some built-in full text, and links to other full text purchased by UHD. MEDLINE with Full Text can be found in the Library Databases section of our website at https://www.uhd.edu/library/Pages/library-index.aspx, on the Biology Subject Guide at http://library.uhd.edu/Biology, or on the Health & Behavioral Sciences Subject Guide at http://library.uhd.edu/healthsciences.
