I'm looking for information on scholarships and financial aid for UHD students and how this may affect graduation rates.

Answer

Information about UHD's institutional scholarships can be found here: https://www.uhd.edu/financial/scholarships/Pages/scholarships-institutional.aspx

They are not listed specifically as “second” or “third” year students.  However, there are several listed under “transfer” or “continuing” student scholarships. You will notice to the left, there are links for “departmental”, “private” and “external” scholarships.  You may want to take a look at some of those also.

Graduation rates can be found in the UHD Fact book: https://www.uhd.edu/administration/institutional-research/Pages/ir-book.aspx

You may also want to take a look at UHD College Portrait located here: http://www.collegeportraits.org/TX/UHD

The college portrait list the average cost of tuition, the percentage of students that receive financial aid, and what kinds of financial aid students receive.

You may want to contact the Financial Aid office for more specific information about the scholarships UHD offers.
