There are several places you can look for statistics on UHD Graduation Rates. These include:
NATIONAL CENTER FOR EDCUATION STATISTICS - COLLEGE NAVIGATOR at http://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/
Check here to find graduate rates for a particular university. For example, you can search for University of Houston Downtown. After you choose the link for University of Houston Downtown, click on the link for "RETENTION AND GRADUATION RATES."

Information about the dropout rate for UHD is provided in the Common Data Set, available here: https://www.uhd.edu/administration/institutional-research/Pages/ir-common.aspx
Look in section B, under graduation rates. Section B also has a section on persistence, which is another way of wording “dropping out”.
