Answer

A great place to find gainful employment statistics for graduates would be the Texas Higher Education Website. They have a fantastic report system that will provide you with the breakdown even to the degree level of number of graduates, how many were employed, and at what salaries.

http://www.txhighereddata.org/reports/performance/ctcasalf/gainful.cfm

You will want to change the report type toward the top from "Gainful Employment - Public, Community, etc." to the one that says "Gainful Employment - Public Universities" and select University of Houston-Downtown from the list.

A great place to get started on many topics related to UHD statistics would be the Fact Book. Using the fact book you can find out percentages such as Baccalaureate & Masters Degrees Awarded by College, Which looks like it may help with the second part of your question - http://www.uhd.edu/about/irp/documents/Fact_Book_2012-2013.pdf
